Meet Sheryl

Hi, I'm Sheryl.

I'm a speaker, author, and encourager — a mom and grandma who has walked the road of grief. I don't come with easy answers. I come with a story, a Savior, and a stubborn hope that healing is possible.

My Story. His Redemption. Your Hope.

Why this ministry exists

Jon's rainbow

When our son Jon died by suicide, my whole world seemed to change. Grief like that does not follow a schedule, and it does not accept easy answers.

On the day of his service, a rainbow settled over the meadow behind our care homes. It was a quiet reminder that we were not alone, and that God had not left the story unfinished. It felt as though He was saying, "My promises are a good place to stand".

Our ministries grew out of the long road that followed learning to grieve honestly, to keep worshipping when it hurt, to lean on Scripture, prayer, and real Christian community, and to let Christ heal what I could not heal myself.

The framework

Live Victoriously – HEAL

Four invitations of a biblical journey through grief that leads to healing.

  1. Harness Your Faith

“Trust God one faithful step at a time.”

Faith in grief is rarely a leap. It is the next small step, taken with God, when the whole road cannot be seen.

  2. Evaluate Your Source

“Choose God's truth over fear or shame.”

Loss invites loud voices — guilt, fear, shame. Healing begins by asking where each one comes from, and choosing to listen to God's truth instead.

  3. Accept Your Scars

“Allow Christ to redeem what He has healed.”

A scar is not an open wound. It is proof that healing happened, and that Christ can redeem even what we would never have chosen.

  4. Love Your Story & Share It

“Let your redeemed story become someone else's hope.”

The story you would never have written becomes the very thing that helps someone else keep going.

Healing is possible through Christ. Joy can return. Your story is still being written.
